We are hoping to create a MakerSpace at RTA.
A MakerSpace is a collaborative work space for making, learning, exploring and sharing that uses high tech to no tech tools. At the core of a Makerspace is the Makers' Mindset -- creating something out of nothing & exploring interests. This space will help prepare our students with the critical 21st century skills in the fields of science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM), by providing hands on learning, promoting critical thinking skills and fostering self-confidence.
